Brand and Design Specialist

Title of position: «Brand and Design Specialist»
Location: Lviv, Ukraine;
Employment: Full-time;
Reports to: Head of Communication
Type of Appointment: Fixed-term — one year
Qualification requirements:

- Master’s (bachelor's) degree in Design, Graphic Design or other related fields, or a certificate of completion of courses in the relevant field

- Experience of work — at least 1 year

- Experience in international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations and projects funded by foreign donors would be preferable.

Other requirements:

- Creative vision and approach

- Understanding of trends

- Organization (ability to properly plan time for tasks and correctly prioritize)

- Understanding of the subtleties of printing and various materials

Brand and Design Specialist must know:

- Illustrator, Photoshop is a must.

- After Effects, Premier Pro or other editing and animation programs are a big advantage.

- Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)

languages: Ukrainian — fluency; English — В1 at least is required.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks

- Creating illustrations for social media and printing

- Creating and submitting layouts for printed materials (stickers, posters, flyers, business cards, magnets, etc.) to the printing house

- Creation or correction of working presentations

- Organization branding (clothing, cars, buildings, locations, packaging, etc.)

- Control of the full cycle of branding (from the creation of visualization to the report on the finished result)

- Participation in brainstorming sessions and discussions

- Participation in brainstorming sessions and discussions

- Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Communication
