Improvements and results: Significant and stable price complaints reduction - 15% for 6 months, 34% decline YoY; implemented new Price communication and Price discrepancy investigation process, using SFDC as a control tool.
2. Improve Marketing ROI
Background and defect: diverse tools/methodologies usage across the area; No centralized tracking system for marketing programs efficiency and ROI, A&M budget is tracked only in terms of overspendings towards the plan. No Purchasing System Link with the program spending; All CEEMEA countries in scope
Improvements and results: Change process within the functions - BSO and Business Marketing.
Marketing campaigns with ROI reported increased from 0% to 60% and # of post-evaluations done from 20% to 100%. Next step – increase the efficiency (actual ROI).
3. Price Model Harmonization for ISMC
Background and defect: Different models and structures on local levels for selective divisions, no clarity across the area - lack of information and coordination about roles, approvals, no standardized metrics in CEEMEA to control discounts and rebates
Improvements and results: Designed 50+6 pricing model and model implementation process, Model Implemented in CR from 2019, prepared implementation roadmaps for Poland and SEE to Go Live in 2020
4. Customer Facing Transformation in E2E manner
Background and defect: Disconnection, misalignment between marketing and sales processes along the customer journey, not leading to effective ROI.
Improvements and results: Designed business E2E areal playbooks, combining marketing, sales and channel strategies and governance process, including target KPIs, communication and control plan. Playbooks published for 2 divisions Oral Care and Medical.
