We’re looking for a person with: 5+ years of experience with marketing and client base management; 3+ years of experience managing a large user base (over 300,000 users); Advanced knowledge of client base segmentation according to needs and behavior; Experience in identifying marketing triggers and ways to address them; Experience working with multiple communication channels (email, push, in-product, etc.); Experience designing promo turn-key campaigns: developing promo mechanics, selecting communication channels, briefing Design and Content teams, collecting user feedback, tracking promo results, etc.; Experience with CRM systems; Understanding how digital and email marketing works; Ability to deliver creative ideas without close guidance and detailed brief; Data driven and goal-oriented approach; Strong time management and organizational skills; Language proficiency: English - (Intermediate), Russian and Ukrainian – (Fluent). Would be an advantage: Hands-on experience with web design; Experience in leveraging global partnerships; Experience in developing communication channels; Client service background; Knowledge of HTML and CSS; Understanding of crypto landscape; High level of creativity and personal flexibility; What you’ll be responsible for: Control and achieve client base profitability metrics – trades, deposits, active users, attrition, etc. Proactively search customer base insights for promo activities; Work closely with Business Intelligence, Product, Content and other teams to detect user insights and pains and how to address them; Suggest promo mechanics to achieve KPIs; Manage and develop communication channels to reach target user segments; Execute and control communication with existing client base; Brief and support Design, Content and Communication teams in delivering communication components; Dive deep into user flows and suggest user experience product improvements, marketing activities and communication methods to achieve KPIs; Contribute into client acquisition practices: suggest acquisition funnel improvements, promo mechanics, creatives, etc.; About EXMO EXMO is a global cryptocurrency exchange to easily buy or sell cryptocurrency.
