Due to our recent decision to strengthen the sales department at our company, we are looking for a proactive person for long-term cooperation who has knowledge and experience as a Sales manager, likes to develop themselves, and wants to apply their knowledge. ​Requirements: 3+ years of experience in sales at the software development company; Written and spoken English at the Upper-Intermediate level (and higher); Understanding of software development processes; Knowledge of terminology and modern technologies; Strong experience with lead generation on LinkedIn (+ Sales Navigator) and others; Managing and growing a team of partners to support the business; Managing relations with the partner at the pre-sale stages; Experience with negotiations and deal closing; Experience with building and managing the whole cycle of sales (starting from lead generation to closing of the deals); The ability to set goals for the team and monitor their implementation; Keeping the focus on the results and the achievement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, perseverance; Ability to properly prioritise tasks and take the initiative; A strong leadership position; Analytical mindset; Ability to work in the multi-directional and multitasking mode. Responsibilities: Leading and developing two directions of sales (Sales+Partners); Business Line Partners: interaction with partners in the “OutStaff” direction; Business Line Operation Sales: managing the sales team (more than 3 persons) starting from the lead generation stage to closing the deal); Participation in drawing up of KPI system for the entire sales team; Planning, organization, management, and monitoring of the processes within the sales teams; Creating personal plans of development for team members. ​InStandart offers:​​​​​ Flexible schedule and ability to work remotely (8 hours in total must be worked per day); Paid vacation, legal, and accounting services; Corporate English courses twice a week; Our office is situated in Kherson city center, near a large park; We have a dedicated office zone, a dining room with a kitchen, etc.; We have a table for playing tennis and wall bars; Regular funny and exciting corporate and team-building events.
