Description: On behalf of our client, one of the leading international Agricultural machinery company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position IT system administrator ( Kyiv city) What you will do: Help desk support and technical assistance for employees Control of the operations business applications and systems (ERP, CRM, SFA) Maintenance of IT infrastructure Provide trainings for end-users on hardware functionality and software programs User rights management Participation in business and IT projects What we expect: Higher technical education, preferred IT Experience as an ERP administrator / IT support specialist Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications Knowledge of ITIL processes Knowledge of reporting systems, Business Intelligence Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS 365) package Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS, SIP / VoIP, Salesforce, 1C and MEDOC is welcomeКонтактные данные:
