Purpose: Amadeus Customer Support Hub in Ukraine is ramping up and we're looking for a Customer Support Executive, who will deliver personalized, high-quality support for our clients that face different issues while using our products and solutions. Key Accountabilities: Acknowledge, investigate and recover requests within service levels agreements from customers from Europe, Asia, and America Respond to Amadeus customers questions concerning Amadeus Products and Solutions (functionality, application, interactions between different solution components) Escalate incidents outside the scope of team competencies to 2nd level resolver groups within Amadeus or to external service providers and follow-up Provide updates to Amadeus customers on the status of requests Provide premium support services and collaborate with internal account teams Specific competencies: Functional knowledge of Amadeus booking system - must! Travel industry experience - will be a plus Communication in English, Russian and Ukrainian (verbal and written) Customer-centricity Accountability & Proactivity Team spirit Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously as well as to work under time pressure Nice to have: Knowledge of complex system logs (Edifact, XML, JSON) The Company Offers: Financial stability Employment under Ukrainian labor legislation Professional trainings and development Health insurance Inspiring and dynamically changing environment
