OFFER: Sisley is looking for an ADMINISTRATION & SALES ASSISTANT to join Ukrainian subsidiary’s team based in Kyiv. The main purpose of this role will be to assist Sisley Ukraine General Manager in the day-to-day execution of brand management and initiatives, including team management. START DATE: July 2020 (or other to be negotiated). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication with the team of Beauty Consultants (10 people), assistance in all their needs and requests. Managing day-to-day operational relations with external agencies and service providers. Organization of various events in the stores, business trips of the team. Organization of training events and seminars, team meetings. Preparation of the regular purchase orders & logistics. Organization of supplies for the team and the office. Assistance in implementation of promotional and trade marketing plan. Local adaptation/translation of brand material. Preparing various reports. Documents flow. Communication with the headquarters of the parent company based in Paris. Managing currier deliveries.
Diploma in Management/General Economics/Enterprising/​ Marketing Experience in the relevant field from 2 years Excellent organizational skills Great communicational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and make regular follow-up, control timetables, follow deadlines Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular English at upper-intermediate level
