We are searching for a self-motivated IT Recruiter, who will help us find the best IT talent. What you will do: You will be in charge of the full lifecycle of IT recruitment including: understanding a vacant position’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, proactive search, networking, interviewing candidates, and negotiating potential offers. Area of search: CIS countries Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter; Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes; Basic understanding of software development roles and technologies; Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability and willingness to communicate regularly to maintain a positive and effective relationship within the team; Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset; Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and in written (Upper-Intermediate +), Russian.
Recruiting and headhunting of IT, IT-related specialists of different levels and skills; Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and requirements; Post and update the company’s vacancies, assess the effectiveness of headhunting sources, and search for new platforms to promote Siren’s offers; Apply your keen search and networking skills to build pipelines, interview potential candidates and carry them through the job process lifecycle; Use different recruitment practices and interviewing processes; Interview candidates via Skype, Telegram, Zoom; Manage and maintain our ATS while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders; Take an active role in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process; Maintain a well-organized database of prospective candidates.
