Duties & Responsibilities: We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a “hunter” and entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Selling and business development must be a significant part of your DNA as well as a highly competitive spirit. Drive new business development through direct client prospecting and virtual and face to face interactions Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans Represent PwС to clients, liason with other internal and external experts, generate and pursue opportunities Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers at new and existing account(s) Research and attend relevant networking conferences to build and represent the PwC brand Partner with project delivery team(s) and clients to ensure high quality of delivery Experience: Proven history in business development, sales A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in consulting and at top positions in the industry Deep expertise in one or several consulting areas is required (e.g., strategy, operational efficiency, logistics, IT, etc,) Able to carry conversations on a wide range of subjects and adapt to the environment Driven individual with the ability to work independently as well as with teams Polished presenter, recognized by others as a strong communicator and collaborator with strong oral, written, presentation, negotiation and strategic planning skills Microsoft Office proficiency required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Education: finance / economics / accounting/management or other relevant background international education or international qualification is an advantage Strong command in English, Ukrainian and Russian (written and oral) Recruitment Process Submission of the application form: personal information, CV ('Apply' button -> Create account).
