We are looking for an enthusiastic highly motivated Administrative Assistant who will support the company's everyday operational life to join our amazing international team on a full-time basis in Kyiv. This position will report directly to the Operational Director. Responsibilities: Maintain digital filing systems for administrative tasks; Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Manage expenses, Submit and reconcile expense reports; Update and maintain office policies and procedures; Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers; Maintaining inventory control (office supplies, equipment, props, and samples); Maintaining hardware and software inventory and subscriptions management; Assist the HR department with Planning & execution of team events, virtual and in-person, to help us build a great culture; Serving as an asset to our CEOs and other teams by taking on special projects, providing valuable administrative, logistical, and research support; Supporting an overall great team experience, helping with areas like onboarding, recognition, daily communication; Other executive admin responsibilities as needed. Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience; Intermediate level of English; Ability to learn new tools quickly; Superb organizational skills and multitasking abilities; Extraordinary communication skills love talking to people; Familiarity with MS Office and G-Suite, Slack, Zoom; Detail-oriented; BA/BS in the related field. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in work with Automation and Integration software (Zapier, Albalto, IFTTT, Cloud solutions like Klaviyo, Snovio, Mailchimp, chatbots are highly preferable; What we offer: Work in an international environment, a fast-growing US-based company; Free access to our online library and courses for your personal and career development; Competitive, stable compensation based on experience and credentials; Performance bonuses; Full-time, office setting, 5 days/40 hours per week (remote position is negotiable); Work schedule: 12:00 pm — 9:00 pm (UTC+3) Official contract.
