Academy DTEK is an open education platform of international level based in Kyiv, Ukraine We are looking for Sales/Key Account Manager Sales/KAM will report to Chief Customer Officer and will work as a part of an existing team. Objective of the Job:Key Account Manager’s responsibilities will include but not limited to: Establishing relationships with new corporate clients (companies in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova and Azerbaijan) in order to assess their needs in the field of corporate education and consulting (via outbound calls and face to face meetings where possible Selling corporate clients products from Academy DTEK’s existing portfolio of programs and consulting services Being responsible for reaching personal and group annual sales plans Qualifications:Must-have Enthusiasm for working in the field of business education in a sales role 3+ year experience of working in a customer-facing role (sales manager, customer service manager) Own database of corporate clients Exceptional telephone sales skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Prominent presentation skills Job duties and responsibilities: Selling business education products and consulting services Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets Developing and fulfilling a lead generation plan Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects in a CRM system Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start sales process Liaising with clients in order to identify their needs (making outbound calls, setting up and holding meetings) Maintaining a good understanding of clients and their business strategies Preparing proposals for products/services Closing sales deals Communicating client needs to other team members Liaising with other departments in the company according to client requirements Ensuring the clients pay on time Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation Handling cancellations Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per product, per region and per industry Acting as the first point of contacts for clients Attending networking events Honing own sales skills Performing general administrative duties We offer: Working hours: 9.00-18.00, remote schedule, high likelihood of overtime and weekend work.
