You are:
- A professional with exceptional communication, coordination and organizational skills

- Able to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with stakeholders through networking
- A specialist with university degree (in the field of Management, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent);
- Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
- Experienced user of MS Office (MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Power Point);
- Confident in Spanish and English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal);
- Experience in the Learning & Development field would be a plus
- Manage relationship with Stakeholders, ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation and service quality;
- Act as the subject-matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, resolving L&D incoming queries (through the Contact Center, Service Now, MS Outlook, MS Teams). Coordinate technical issues resolution and drive it with impacted teams.
- Prioritize and plan training sessions based on Yearly Training Plan and Learning Needs Consolidation, organize events and sessions in iLearn. Prepare different types of reports such as tracking participant attendance and training effectiveness in the systems.
- Administrate training programs involves processing the creation and modification processes of educational objects in the iLearn system, including events, training sessions, online courses, videos, materials, and tests. This also includes the registration of participant lists and the mass uploading of events and sessions.
- Prepare business analytics for training administration efficiency to gain insights and share them with Function/Business/NIM L&D SPOC. Facilitate business measures review.
- Lead Weekly Operational Reviews with Function/Business/Market SPOC according to established agenda
- Drive Continuous Improvement within T&L Hub with a focus on Value for customer
