MANAGING DIRECTOR

This leadership role requires an individual with strong operational expertise, strategic vision, and people management skills to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the plant’s operational strategy in alignment with the company corporate objectives.


• Production and Operational Management: Ensure efficient and high-quality production processes to meet customer requirements and industry standards.


• Financial & Budget Management: financial planning to ensure profitability.


• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all local and international safety regulations.


• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: continue strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities to support business growth.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Education: Degree in Business Management or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in a manufacturing/plant management role in the industrial sector


• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of production, supply chain logistics, and quality control processes.


• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing production teams and driving operational improvements.


• Technical & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, budgeting, and financial reporting.


• Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian; English proficiency is an advantage.
