IF YOU ARE

• Having 1+ year experience in CRM, customer data and contact management
• Confident in database administration with a keen eye to detail
• Ready for routine operational tasks and offering functional improvements
• Professional in following company tone of voice within candidate audience
• Demonstrating Intermediate+ English level
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and work management platforms like Asana, or Trello (as a benefit)

• Screen and process incoming job applications in alignment with job requirements
• Update recruiting database with unique candidate profiles
• Process internal and external candidate profiles due to defined SLAs
• Use ready templates to answer candidates’ inquiries regarding career opportunities
• Participate in requirements gathering for the sake of service enhancement
• Cooperate with HRM and service team to make changes live
