The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

At Quantum Systems, we develop and produce innovative small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) that transform decision-making through aerial intelligence. As we expand our mission, we are looking for a Recruiter who will help us in building the teams that shape the future of autonomous flight systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles – from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing offers
• Monitor, report, and track the Headcount plan and ensure that the hiring plans of the Local office are aligned with HQ plans
• Collaborate with hiring managers across departments (Production, Engineering, Flight Control, AI, etc.) to understand talent needs and define role requirements
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, talent networks) with a strong focus on hard-to-fill tech positions
• Represent Quantum Systems to the external talent market with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our mission
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Maintain and optimize our ATS workflows and recruitment-related documentation
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
• Support employer branding efforts, university outreach, and participation in relevant events or job fairs
  
  
  

What you bring to the team:

• Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in a tech or engineering-driven environment
• Experience with non-IT jobs (production, finance) is a great plus
• Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a service-oriented and proactive mindset
• English proficiency is essential
• German is a strong plus
• Passion for innovation and an interest in drone technology or aerospace is a plus
• Experience in Defense is a strong plus
