SMM Manager

We're looking for a visionary SMM Manager who lives and breathes digital trends, understands how to build strong communities, and knows how to turn scrolls into clicks—and clicks into loyal users. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
• High level of writing skills to create quality content, including social media posts, advertisements and blog copy
• Developed visual taste and ability to create attractive content
• Experience with major social platforms (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) and understanding of their functionality, algorithms and promotion capabilities
• The ability to analyze data and metrics to build effective promotion strategies, as well as optimize advertising campaigns

Soft Skills

• Well-developed communication skills for effective interaction with the team
• Ability to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings, maintaining a harmonious atmosphere in the team
• Experience in dealing with negative reviews and comments online and offline, the ability to respond constructively and solve problems
• Establishing a positive attitude towards work

Responsibilities

• Study the mission, values, products of the brand in order to create relevant content
• Writing summaries for posts
• Writing longreads
• Writing text materials on brand objectives outside of social networks
• Statement of technical specifications for designers
• Monitoring the effectiveness of written content (Analyze content performance indicators (views, likes, comments, saves, reposts)
• Meeting deadlines for completing tasks
• Maintaining the company’s social networks, writing posts, working with comments, frequency of publishing posts at least 2 times a week + stories 3-4 days a week
