Description

The client is the world’s leading developer of Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) software with over 30 years of experience and over 750,000 installations across 120 countries. We develop and maintain a set of Web, Windows desktop, and server applications used for receiving, inventory management, product identification, product control, and shipping. The project started in 2006 with 6 employees and grew to 20+. Nowadays, we have a great team deeply involved in all client processes and business decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Hands-on experience of work in different project methodology frameworks/approaches – Agile, waterfall, Scrum, Kanban and etc
• Understanding of SDLC
• Proficiency in Project Management tools
• A technical background will be a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
• Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s+ degree in Project Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field would be a plus

• Participate in PI planings, feature estimation, and release planning
• Individual and team competence development
• Coach, guide, and mentor individuals and teams
• Ensures interactions and collaborations between delivery teams
• Ensures the delivery team fits into the scaled way of working
• Management of risks and changes
• Planning, estimation, and task management
• Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the Client’s request
• Takes ownership of removing impediments external to the team, between teams, on an organizational level
• Reporting to a senior management
