We’re now looking for a Head of Design — a strong creative leader ready to take our design team to the next level.This is a full-time position in Lviv with a hybrid work format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the design team, setting high visual and productivity standards.
• Optimize workflows, define timelines, and introduce best practices.
• Organize monthly design trainings and feedback sessions.
• Oversee key client projects and ensure top-tier design delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve content presentation and client experience.
• Curate and expand the agency’s portfolio.
• Track Amazon trends and ensure our visuals stay one step ahead.
