As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, we are looking for a skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience or recent graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Interest in the Energy or Utility domain
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis standards and practices
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Eagerness to learn and apply Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Participate in analyzing business requirements under the guidance of senior BAs
• Help translate business needs into functional software specifications
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to validate business flows
• Assist in preparing documentation (e.g., business requirements specs, process descriptions)
• Learn to use and maintain requirements management tools
• Track and update requirements as needed during project lifecycle
• Follow project documentation standards
• Gain exposure to regulated industry standards and domain-specific practicesʼ
