Warehouse Specialist

Wargaming Kyiv is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Specialist to join our team. If you're someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working cross-functionally with various departments, and has a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our goods and materials are accurately received, tracked, and distributed while supporting our internal teams with essential logistics and inventory processes.

What will you do?

• Acceptance of Goods and Materials and their accounting in internal systems
• Checking the quality and quantity of the received Goods;
• Marking the Goods;
• Issuing the Goods to employees, writing off the Goods, moving the Goods between warehouses;
• Conducting an annual inventory of the company's Goods (conducted once a year);
• Working with primary documentation;
• Controlling the balance of the goods in warehouses;
• Cooperation with related departments (Procurement, IT, HR, Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, etc.);
• Organizing the sale of the Goods (in rare cases);
• Working in Jira;
• Working with Confluence;
• Preparing reports for management.

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Confident PC;
• Intermediate/+ level of English (preferred);
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, perseverance, leadership qualities;
• Willingness to work in a Team and complete assigned tasks on time.
