We’re expanding our Creative Department and looking for a Motion Designer who is not only hands-on with tools — but understands what makes content click. If you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality, create scroll-stopping visuals, and live for that perfect hook in the first 3 seconds — you might be the one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create dynamic promotional videos that grab attention within the first seconds, focusing on TikTok trends and platform-specific styles.
• Adapt video content to meet all technical specifications (aspect ratio, resolution, duration) without limiting your creative approach.
• Expand your visual toolkit by using assets from Envato Elements to enhance your work.
• Leverage exclusive AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and boost creative output.
• Prepare and deliver all approved video materials in the required formats and channels on time.
• Stay up to date with short-form content trends and find the best-performing creative approaches.
• Collaborate with international teams, gaining exposure to cross-cultural communication and enhancing your language skills.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas in a supportive, trend-setting creative team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ month working as a Motion Designer.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Good communication skills and the ability to listen.
• Understanding TikTok trends.
• Ability to locate the necessary materials.
• Understanding the composition and combination of colours.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Working in a CapCut.
• Knowledge of AI tools and 3D.
