Senior Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team.

You will contribute significantly by building an Automated Test Suite as part of our Tech Debt Remediation Program across various Java-based projects. If you are enthusiastic about performance testing and automation, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build baseline performance testing scripts for Java-based systems
• Document and log baseline performance results to evaluate system functionality prior to modernization
• Integrate performance testing workflows with CI/CD pipelines for automated validation
• Detect performance bottlenecks and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization
• Generate detailed performance test reports for stakeholder review
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing supports modernization objectives
• Manage and improve existing performance testing frameworks and tools
• Conduct code reviews to uphold testing best practices
• Provide support for identifying and resolving performance-related challenges
• Remain informed about current trends in performance testing and automation
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in performance testing and scripting
• Knowledge of tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or similar for performance testing and scripting
• Ability to analyze and document performance benchmarks effectively
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration using platforms like Jenkins or GitLab
• Familiarity with Java applications and testing methodologies
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile frameworks
• Advanced fluency in English
