We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support our sales, marketing, and finance departments through effective order processing, data verification, and administrative assistance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and maintaining the integrity of our CRM system.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support our sales, marketing, and finance departments through effective order processing, data verification, and administrative assistance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process and maintaining the integrity of our CRM system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and validate of closed deals;
- Enter and process orders in CRM system;
- Generate licenses in accordance with configurations specified in quotes, and deliver them to end users;
- Process email requests coming to the team;
- Monitor license terms and prevent license expirations;
- Assist finance department with accounting and cash collection procedures.
- Sales or accounting experience of 1 year or more is mandatory;
- Excellent communication skills in English (level C1 Advanced, both oral and written);
- Proficient PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
- Experience in Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus;
- Attention to details, responsibility, quick learner, punctuality, analytical mindset;
- Excellent business correspondence skills as a must.
- This position requires employees to work on US or EMEA schedules.
- Ready to work for EMEA schedule or APAC schedule from 7AM till 3PM
