We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join Tietoevry Create, as part of our growing team delivering solutions for one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Business Analyst / Product Owner

• You will gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements from business representatives and project stakeholders
• You will take part in demo sessions, facilitate UAT, and collect feedback from stakeholders
• You will collaborate with the design team, integrating mockups into requirement analysis
• You will identify and manage functional dependencies—both internal and cross-team
• You will ensure proper backlog prioritization and refinement
• You will conduct gap analysis, classify issues as defects or change requests, and support defect investigation
• You will maintain project documentation and support acceptance testing of delivered functionality
  
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in business/system/data analysis and preparing/validating technical requirements
• Practical knowledge of SQL or working with structured data, joins, and data flows
• Familiarity with financial domain projects involving complex metrics and formulas
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and requirement documentation
• Understanding of SAFe/Scrum frameworks and Product Owner responsibilities
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Mural is a plus
• Strong independence and responsibility in daily tasks
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Ability to work across cultures, including understanding American and Indian business communication styles
