IT Sales Manager (US shift)

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of current sales experience is required; technology and/or software sales industry experience preferred

• Advanced English  

• Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required

• Experience with CRM  and invoicing systems is a plus

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to the customers and partners via email and phone on a consistent basis 

• Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing renewal quotes

• Finding new and creative ways to show how the product can help the client achieve their goals

• Conducting Live Demos to the customers

• Onboarding new customers

• Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources

• Showing high attention to details 

• Develop healthy customer relationships

• Work on US shift 17:00-02:00
