A Word About Our Schedule: To perfectly align with our international clients, some of our shifts will be later, with the latest concluding at 2 AM. This setup is ideal for those who thrive in evening hours or prefer to have their mornings free. We offer a consistent 8-hour workday, Monday-Friday (or Sunday-Thursday). What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Providing exceptional English support via calls, chats, and ticketing systems (like Salesforce Service Cloud), solving client issues with a smile.
- Applying your initiative to troubleshoot technical queries and deliver effective solutions for our SaaS product.
- Working collaboratively with your team to share knowledge and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation in line with GDPR.
- Continuously learning and developing your skills with support from your Team Leader.
We're Excited to Meet You If You Have:
- Fluent Spoken and Written English (Advanced/B2+ is essential!)
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is great, but eager and ambitious candidates with little to no experience are welcome to learn with us!
- Solid computer skills and a quick learning ability for new software.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- The ability to troubleshoot independently and work effectively in a team.
- A diplomatic, confidential, and client-first mindset.
