Senior End-User Support Engineer

The End-User Support Service in Ukraine is seeking Senior End-User Support Engineers who will be responsible for offering technical assistance to employees and supporting IT infrastructure in Kyiv offices. The position entails troubleshooting issues, managing IT equipment, and actively participating in enhancing IT support services.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for employees by providing IT support
• Oversee and enhance office IT infrastructure
• Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and manage equipment
• Aid in the advancement and refinement of the End-User Support Service
  
  
  

Requirements

• Understanding of hardware, software, and networking basics
• Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting of operating systems, hardware, and networks
• Familiarity with the principles of asset management
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service capabilities
