Junior affiliate manager, part time

Goal:

Find and activate affiliate partners from the provided database (700+ contacts), finalize partnership agreements, share communication proof (chat screenshots or links), and create a Telegram group for each deal.

Scope of Work:

• 700+ affiliate contacts

• Communication via Email, Telegram

Tasks to Be Completed: 

1. Outreach & Communication

• Process the provided list of 700+ contacts

• Prioritize crypto partners and those open to rev-share collaboration

• Register on the required platforms if needed to initiate contact

• Reach out via Email / Telegram whichever is available)

• Use the prepared outreach message templates (to be provided)

• Send at least 2–3 follow-ups in case of no response

• Reply to inbound messages, conduct negotiations, and discuss partnership terms

• Clarify key details:

  • % revenue share model

  • Minimum traffic volume

  • GEOs they target

  • Preferred offer types

 2. Communication Setup

• Once a deal is confirmed, create a Telegram group including the company manager and the partner

• Share all relevant info in the group and document the agreement details

 3. CRM Management

• Maintain and regularly update a CRM table (Google Sheets), including:

  • Partner name / Team name

  • Telegram / Email / Other contact details

  • Communication channel

  • Date of initial contact

  • Summary of agreement

  • Deal status (In progress / Confirmed / Declined / No response)

  • Notes / Comments

  • Next follow-up date

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate outreach (crypto verticals) will be a plus

• Strong written English

• Ability to negotiate and document agreements clearly and systematically

• Skilled in working with CRMs and Google Sheets

• Consistent communication and follow-up discipline

• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

Expected Results:

• At least 300 successful communications from the contact list

• Among them: 50–100 partners onboarded, with referral links delivered and Telegram groups created

• A fully updated CRM table with statuses for all contacts

• All active partners transferred to internal team for ongoing work
