Magento Architect

We are looking for a Magento Architect to join our team.

In this role, you will design complex technical solutions, provide expertise across multiple projects, and ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions. You will collaborate with clients, oversee implementations, and resolve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions for client websites and guide project teams in implementation
• Collaborate with clients to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Lead the upgrade of Magento solutions to Magento 2.3.3 version
• Develop and test complex features to meet business needs
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership within the team
• Estimate project scope and define team structures
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks with offshore teams and clients
• Engage with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Contribute to documentation, debugging, and testing processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Magento, ideally Magento 2
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce
• 3+ years of experience in web technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of delivery methodologies and ability to lead teams
• Experience managing globally distributed and offshore teams
• Proven ability to define new architecture and drive independent projects
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile delivery processes
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2), both written and spoken

• Certifications in Magento or related technologies
• Knowledge of additional eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions
