Communication Specialist

Contio.tech is a fast-growing international BPO company, partnering with some of the world’s most innovative tech brands. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Communication Specialist to help us tell our story across platforms and borders.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re searching for someone with 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR or social media — or someone eager to grow in this direction. If you love connecting with people, sharing ideas, and building visibility for companies and teams — this role could be a perfect fit.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage Contio’s LinkedIn page + the personal LinkedIn profile of our CEO
  
  

• Create engaging posts, news, and updates about our team and projects
  
  

• Represent the company at international events and conferences
  
  

• Support external communications: media, partners, professional communities
  
  

• Help build a strong, consistent brand voice for Contio.tech
  
  

What we expect:

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, SMM, or similar — or a strong motivation to grow in this field
  
  

• English level B2+ or higher (both spoken and written)
  
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communication
  
  

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset
  
  

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding — or willingness to learn
  
  

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience in content creation, blogging, or social media strategy
  
  

• Participation in conferences, volunteer work, or public-facing projects
  
  

• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma)
