Job description:
As a Regional B2B Sales Manager at LIXIL, you will be responsible for developing indirect B2B sales in Ukraine by effectively managing the network of GROHE showrooms and professional sales agents. The main task is to achieve sales and margin targets, increase GROHE product awareness, expand the range in the B2B channel, and build a strong and motivated team. This position is key to implementing LIXIL's strategic goal of long-term sustainable growth in the Ukrainian market.
Main responsibilities:
Management of TOP-50 out of 500 indirect clients across Ukraine through direct negotiations and daily operational support.
Conducting regular training for staff at the point of sale (over 1,200 people) to ensure the proper level of product knowledge and high-quality sales implementation.
Management and support of 15 territorial sales agents responsible for regional coverage and sales growth of GROHE.
Organization and implementation of point-of-sale strategy, new product launches and promotions in accordance with the central trade marketing strategy.
Timely reporting in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and visibility of local marketing activities for headquarters.
Adherence to LIXIL's key principles: "Work with Respect", "Do the Right Thing", "Experiment and Learn".
Supporting the company's long-term goal of "Ensuring sustainable growth."
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in international companies (FMCG, building materials, plumbing or related industries), would be an advantage.
Experience in successfully managing indirect sales channels and professional clients (distributors, wholesalers, installers).
Excellent negotiation and client account management skills, ability to influence key decision-makers.
Experience in managing external sales teams or agents in line with commercial strategy.
Practical experience in implementing planograms in retail outlets and launching new products
Ability to generate reports, forecasts, and interact with clients.
Knowledge of trade marketing processes and the ability to effectively implement them at points of sale.
Analytical thinking and ability to work with indicators.
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or related field (Master's degree would be an advantage).
Ability to work effectively independently within a matrix structure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills;
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
High level of motivation, result orientation, proactivity and responsibility for achieving goals.
Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate (oral and written).
Willingness to travel frequently around Ukraine (visits, meetings with clients - about 80% of working time).

Objective:
As a Regional Field Sales Manager B2B, you will be responsible for driving indirect B2B sales growth in Ukraine by managing a network of showrooms and professional sales agents within Ukraine.
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets, increasing GROHE product visibility, expanding B2B assortment listings, and building a strong, motivated field sales structure. The role plays a key part in supporting LIXIL's strategic ambition for long-term sustainable growth in the Ukrainian market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage TOP 50 of 500 indirect customers across Ukraine through direct negotiations and daily operational routines.
- Conduct regular training sessions for Traditional Trade sales staff (1,200+ people) to ensure correct product knowledge and sales execution.
- Supervise, coach, and support 15 Dedicated Territory Sales Agents responsible for regional coverage and GROHE sales growth.
- Lead and implement in-store display programs, product launches, and promotional activities in line with the central trade marketing strategy.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting in Salesforce and ensure visibility of local trade marketing activities to HQ.
- Work according to the overall LIXIL behaviors of “Work with Respect”; "Do the right thing" and "Experiment and learn".
- Ensure LIXIL's long term Goal of “Provide sustainable growth”.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an international company (FMCG, building materials, sanitary ware or related industries)
- Proven track record in managing indirect sales channels and professional customer segments (distributors, wholesalers, installers).
- Strong negotiation and account management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coach external sales teams or agents to meet commercial strategy.
- Hands-on experience in executing in-store activations, product launches, and display programs (planogram development).
- Skilled in reporting, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Proficient in trade marketing coordination and implementation at POS level.
- Strong analytical thinking, able to work with sales metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
- High comfort level working independently in a matrix structure with cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident in leading customer meetings.
- Strong user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive mindset with ownership for targets.
- English proficiency at intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel across the country is a must (field visits, events, customer meetings 80% of the time).
