About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team remotely. In this position, you’ll play a key support role in our finance department, ensuring timely invoice follow-ups, accurate record-keeping, and smooth processing of cryptocurrency transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact clients by email and Microsoft Teams multiple times per week to remind them of overdue invoices.
Clearly explain available payment methods.
Prepare and record cryptocurrency transfers for business operations.
Track and organize team travel and business expenses.
Maintain detailed logs of payment references, booking notes, and supporting documentation.
Provide ad-hoc support on finance-related projects and tasks as requested.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support (preferred).
Excellent professional English, both written and spoken, for client calls and correspondence.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage follow-up tasks persistently yet courteously.
Availability for long-term engagement at 30–40 hours per week.
