Brand manager

Corporation «Biosphere» — one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of products for home, hygiene and professional use in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (TM "Freken BOK", Smile, Selpak, Vortex, Novita, PRO service and many others) we invite a brand manager to our team.

We are looking for a specialist who will

• Full support of brands in the category of universal wet wipes Smile, Superfresh, Chista Peremoha and others

• Planning and development of new products, innovations

• Participation in assortment management and pricing

• Development, planning and implementation of promo events

• Analysis of the market and competitive environment?

• Development, organization of marketing research together with agencies?

• Development and implementation of communication manifestations of the brand in cooperation with the digital manager and third-party agencies, coordination of SMM of brand support?
• Development and implementation of programs to increase sales and profit growth?
• Participation in the development and implementation of the brand development strategy (product strategy, communication strategy, long-term brand development strategy) 

The following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important to us:

• Higher education in economics, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, advertising, sociology
• 3 years of work experience in a senior position in large Ukrainian or international companies
• General work experience from 3 years 
• PC proficiency (Power Point proficiency above average) 
• Knowledge of MS Excel at a high level
• Skills of remote work with teams
• English - B2
