You will be working on developing multifunctional agent-based solutions, designing and enhancing AI agents, and implementing modern approaches such as RAG, Langchain, and LLMOps. Experience in computer vision will be a significant advantage, as this role involves the development, integration, and support of new solutions. Proficiency in Python is essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

Experience with NLP & LLMs:

• Experience with NLP approaches and practical experience in training and optimizing open or proprietary LLMs.

Programming & Tools Proficiency:

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with vector databases.
• Experience with Langchain, Langgraph, and best practices in LLMOps.

AI Development Skills:

• Practical experience in building AI agents and agent-based solutions.
• Deep understanding of RAG and its practical applications.

Analytical & Innovative Thinking:

• Analytical thinking and initiative in testing new ideas.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and a desire for continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities:

AI Solutions Design & Implementation:

• Designing and implementing advanced AI solutions and agent architectures.
• Configuring and optimizing RAG processes.
• Integrating and optimizing neural networks for mobile applications.

Image Recognition & Computer Vision:

• Working with image recognition technologies.
• Ability to work with both NLP tasks and computer vision depending on product development priorities.

AI Agents & Chatbot Optimization:

• Optimizing chatbot performance using Langchain, Langgraph, and LLMOps tools.
• Working with Metric learning approaches and embedding processing.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborating closely with engineers and product teams for testing and implementing improvements.
• Analyzing user behavior to enhance system accuracy and naturalness.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in LLM and conversational AI systems.
