Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis discipline;
• Strong technically/understand development;
• Good communication skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Able to excel with detail-oriented tasks;
• Good adaptability with pulling requirements from the client and also explaining those to technical teams;
• Experience in the educational domain (must have);
• Experience with LMS is a plus;
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collect the requirements from the client;
• Decompose them with the team;
• Prepare project documentation;
• Translate the requirements to the development team.
