Your Key Responsibilities

• Advising Ukrainian and foreign clients on the application and enforcement of Ukrainian competition law
• Drafting legal documentation, including merger and concerted actions filings, legal memos of advice, guidelines, policies, and client alerts, etc.
• Assisting in antitrust investigations and infringement cases initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine
• Conducting legal research and monitoring legislative developments
• Participating in business and professional networking activities
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for antitrust law and desire to grow in this field
• Prior experience in Antitrust & Competition law at a law firm or as in-house counsel(mergers, concerted practices, interaction with antitrust authorities, investigations, advisory work, etc.)
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• A pro-active, collaborative attitude towards work and colleagues
• Open-mindedness, integrity, and a humane-centered approach
• Bachelor's or master's degree in law from a Ukrainian university; an LL.M degree from a foreign institution is a plus, but not required
• Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
