Manual QA Engineer

We are an emerging cybersecurity startup seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manual QA Engineer  to lead and execute our testing activities. If you are passionate about quality, meticulous in your approach, and eager to build a comprehensive QA  procedure, let's cooperate.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze software requirements.
2. Decompose and break down requirements into testable components.
3. Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
4. Execute manual testing activities for web applications.
5. Report, track, and verify defects.
6. Build and maintain a QA knowledge base.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging QA technologies.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
2. Proven ability to manage QA projects independently.
3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4. Experience developing and executing manual test suites for web applications.
5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of HTTP protocols.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Intermediate English proficiency.
9. Experience in test planning, estimation, and review activities.
10. Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
11. Work REQUIRE irregular work schedule (you need to be available on demand during late hours, there will be overtimes) 

Preferred Location & Setup:

• Fully remote position.
• Candidates with reserve power solutions (generator, EcoFlow, Bluetti) and a stable internet connection will be prioritized.
• Candidates based in Ternopil, Ukraine, are highly preferred.
