About The Role

As a Test Engineer at ARX Robotics, you will be the critical link between our technology and its real-world impact. You'll ensure our autonomous ground systems are robust, reliable, and ready for the high-stakes environments where they are needed most—empowering Ukrainian and allied forces to operate more safely and effectively.

This isn't just about finding bugs; it's about guaranteeing performance when it matters most. You will have the authority to shape our validation processes and directly influence the quality and success of our products in the field.

What You’ll Build

• You will design and own the testing framework for our advanced robotic systems, defining the standards for quality and reliability.
• You’ll lead comprehensive test campaigns, from internal validation and lab simulations to live field trials in real-world conditions.
• You will transform raw test data into actionable insights, creating detailed technical reports that guide our engineering and product decisions.
• You'll be a key voice in the product development lifecycle, providing critical feedback to improve system performance and resilience.
• You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering teams to seamlessly integrate and validate new features and system upgrades.
• You'll empower our end-users by developing and delivering expert training programs, ensuring they can master our technology with confidence.
• You will become the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues discovered during testing and operation.
  
  

What You Bring

• A strong technical background in mechatronics, electronics, robotics, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience creating robust testing strategies and validation processes for complex technical systems.
• The ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation and insightful test reports.
• A talent for teaching and a history of conducting effective technical training for users.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex test schedules and coordinate personnel effectively.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for solving intricate technical challenges and getting to the root cause of an issue.
• The readiness to travel across Ukraine to support field tests and collaborate with our partners.
• A valid driver’s license and experience with manual transmissions for navigating diverse field environments.
• Fluency in English, enabling seamless collaboration with our international team.
