As a Strategy Intern, you'll support project teams delivering commercial, operational, and corporate strategy solutions to C-suite clients. This is hands-on work from day one — and a primary talent pipeline into our full-time Consultant roles. You will:

About the team
You'll join our Strategy & Transactions practice, where cross-market teams help clients catalyse growth and bring strategy to life — from corporate and commercial strategy through valuation, M&A, and business transformation. We work with some of the most complex organizations in Ukraine and across the region, combining local insight with the full breadth of Deloitte's global capabilities.
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another highly analytical discipline who is ready to turn academic knowledge into client impact. You'll thrive here if you have:
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, structured arguments
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, MECE)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; working knowledge of MS Teams, Visio, and Power BI (or equivalents)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with business-level fluency in English and Ukrainian
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and genuine curiosity about how businesses grow and operate

- Market research — gather and synthesize primary and secondary data on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors
- Data & financial analysis — build foundational financial models, analyze corporate datasets, and extract actionable insights for business cases
- Stakeholder interviews — help prepare discussion guides, take structured notes, and document findings from expert and client conversations
- Deliverable creation — draft high-quality reports, data visualizations, and executive-ready presentations for internal review and client meetings
- Paid internship with hands-on exposure to real client engagements, not sideline tasks
- A dedicated buddy and coach to guide you throughout the programme
- Mentorship from experienced consultants and a clear path to a full-time Consultant offer
