Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including experience as a Team Lead;
- Strong experience building full-stack applications with Angular and .NET (C#) backend;
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized services;
- Experience working with Azure, including Azure Service Bus;
- Strong understanding of system design and building scalable distributed systems;
- Experience delivering features end-to-end (from design to production);
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL;
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows;
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Lead the design and development of the system architecture and core components;
- Drive full-cycle feature development (end-to-end ownership);
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and clarify requirements;
- Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring;
- Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team in adopting modern technologies;
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges;
- Contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery processes;
- Act as a key communication point between the team and the client.
