Student Success Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

You will operate where data meets relationship. At times, you'll examine performance metrics to identify struggling students early and support placement decisions with documented rationale. At others, you'll work one-on-one with a student, diagnosing misunderstanding on the spot and guiding them forward before minor challenges compound into major setbacks. This is not a background reporting function. You are responsible for measurable results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Examine student performance metrics to generate clear, actionable academic reports that enable timely intervention
• Assume full academic accountability for a designated student cohort, including course placement, assessment decisions, and follow-through
• Deliver rapid academic support sessions that pinpoint underlying issues and eliminate learning obstacles in real time
• Lead post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from procedural errors and assign focused corrective steps
• Partner with academic leadership and parent engagement teams to escalate concerns and refine systems or workflows

Student Success Specialist Key Responsibilities

Provide precise, prompt academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably improve learning outcomes for your assigned student population.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training capacity with documented results or performance feedback
• Minimum 1 year of sustained, direct experience working with K–8 students (sporadic tutoring does not meet this criterion)
• Verified background in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles that integrate analytical and relational work
• Fluent verbal and written command of Ukrainian and English
• Advanced capability in Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and visualizations
• High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly with students and parents
• Documented use of AI to analyze data or streamline workflows with quantifiable productivity improvements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
