Job Description

7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C#, React, and .NET Core.

1+ years of experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software architectures (e.g. serverless, microservices, containerized, etc.).

Proficiency in front-end development using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP). – Azure preferred

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and deployment automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Strong Communication Skills And Experience Collaborating With Cross-functional Teams.

Experience working with Azure DevOps for task tracking and code repository would be a plus.

Experience working with AI-based productivity tools would be a plus.

Experience with NextJS and Syncfusion UI component library would be a plus.

Job responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications using C#, React, and .NET Core working on one of the workstreams on the project in Healthcare domain.

Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Product Manager, System Architect and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.

Conduct regular code reviews and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.

Adopt agile practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance of applications.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and results-driven engineering culture.
