TUI, is a global business with over 70 000 people on board, great history and challenging plans for building a digital future. TUI is the largest leisure, travel and tourism company globally, and it owns travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise ships and retail shops.
You will join a global technology team responsible for developing digital platforms that support customer-facing services across multiple markets. The team operates in a distributed, cross-functional environment and focuses on delivering data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

About The Project

You will join a global technology team responsible for developing digital platforms that support customer-facing services across multiple markets. The team operates in a distributed, cross-functional environment and focuses on delivering data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Work across the full lifecycle of AI systems, including data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement AI solution architectures
- Build and maintain APIs, pipelines, and CI/CD processes for AI solutions in cloud environments
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and security practices across all implementations
- Support and mentor team members on AI-related topics and best practices
- Research, evaluate, and implement new AI tools, frameworks, and approaches
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML models and solutions in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Experience deploying solutions using cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD, APIs, and containerized environments
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature or prompt engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Understanding of ethical and responsible AI practices
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
- Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g. AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph)
- Experience with SageMaker, Snowflake, or SQL-based data platforms
