We are looking for a PPC Specialist at Liven. In this role, you will build and grow our paid acquisition engine in Google Ads — running Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and Display campaigns to bring relevant users to our products at the right cost.

How Will You Make An Impact?

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and Display — owning the full cycle from launch to optimization
• Hit performance targets by optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keyword strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, and ROI
• Run structured A/B tests — across ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and campaign types — and turn results into clear, data-backed decisions
• Track and report on key metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, ROI) to keep the team aligned and surface opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads activity with broader acquisition strategy and funnel goals
  
  

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• Practical experience with Google Ads — you've set up and managed campaigns in at least one of: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, or Display
• Solid analytical skills — you're comfortable pulling numbers, reading performance data, and making decisions based on what you see, not gut feel
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work — whether for ad copy generation, keyword research, performance analysis, or speeding up repetitive tasks
• Structured and detail-oriented — you keep campaigns organized, catch errors before they cost money, and follow through on what you start
• Curious and growth-minded — you actively test new hypotheses, stay on top of Google Ads updates, and want to keep getting better
• A team player who communicates clearly and takes ownership of their results
• Intermediate+ level of English
  
  

Even Better If You:

• Have experience running campaigns for Tier-1 markets, especially the US
• Have worked with mobile app or subscription-based products (bonus if in the health&fitness, wellness, or lifestyle niches)
• Are familiar with analytics and attribution tools — GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
