Who we are looking for
Join Our Marketing Technology Internship in Braze!
Are you interested in digital marketing, technology, and data?
Join our team as a Digital Marketing / CRM Intern and gain hands-on experience working on real campaigns for global brands.
During this 3-month internship, you'll learn how personalized customer experiences are designed and delivered through Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, while developing valuable skills in marketing automation, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing.
Who We're Looking For

First step is an online assessment followed by an HR introductory call.
Final step is a technical interview with team members.

Next to advising on most sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above mentioned areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimisation of the above mentioned processes. This will also include applying the newest technologies.

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer lifecycle marketing
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and database queries
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Basic understanding of Liquid, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Interest in personalization, customer experience, and data-driven marketing
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns using Braze
- Building and maintaining customer journeys with personalized communication paths
- Creating and customizing HTML email templates aligned with campaign objectives
- Developing audience segments using SQL and customer behavior data
- Implementing dynamic content and personalization using Liquid templating
- Collaborating with strategy, analytics, and technology teams
- Supporting campaign testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to optimization initiatives
- Throughout the internship, you'll gain practical experience in:
- Marketing automation and CRM platforms (Braze)
- Customer segmentation and targeting using SQL
- Customer journey and lifecycle campaign design
- Dynamic content creation using Liquid
- HTML email development and responsive design principles
- Marketing analytics and campaign optimization
- Working with international clients in a consulting environment
- Paid 3-month internship
