The role is focused on ensuring the efficient operation of internal processes and digital platforms, as well as improving customer experience through data analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of sales support tools. It includes participation in the implementation of changes that directly impact business results, process quality, and customer service levels.

Your IMPACT:

  • Administration and development of internal platforms (MySchneider, EDI, OneQuote, SAP Bridge, etc.)
  • Implementation, testing, and optimization of digital sales tools
  • User support, training, and ensuring proper system usage
  • Ensuring data consistency across systems
  • Reporting & dashboards (BFO) + analytical insights and recommendations
  • Order management (services and projects) + SAP key user role
  • Monitoring processes (orders, deliveries, open lines) and driving improvements
  • Identifying inefficiencies and leading change requests with global teams
  • Maintaining process documentation and supporting continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, CS&Q, and Customer Care

Your Profile:

  • Analytical thinking and data handling
  • Data analysis and interpretation (basic level)
  • Digital literacy
  • Customer orientation
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (SAP) and digital tools
  • Attention to detail and structured approach
  • Communication and teamwork
  • Proactiveness in process improvement
  • Basic change management skills
