• analyze Own Brand performance, margins, and KPIs to provide data-driven insights for commercial decisions.
• lead the full product lifecycle, from initial assortment concept to successful launch for local and import sources.
• support marketing and promotion activities to increase brand awareness and preference among HoReCa and B2C customers.
• build strategic partnerships with suppliers to monitor quality, negotiate best price offers, and ensure long-term cooperation.
• collaborate with internal teams and B2B customers to identify market needs and continuously improve the assortment offer.
