Sales and Technical Support Manager SI EA

Siemens Electrification & Automation is looking for a Sales and Technical Support Manager to drive business growth and deliver high-quality technical support across our portfolio.

In this role, you will combine sales leadership, technical expertise, and customer engagement to develop impactful solutions for our customers in the energy and industrial sectors. You will play a key part in expanding our market presence while ensuring excellence in technical support and solution delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue performance for the Electrification & Automation portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
• Lead proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and sales forecasting.
• Provide technical expertise in electrification and automation solutions.
• Support solution design, product selection, and complex technical escalations.
• Ensure high-quality technical and commercial documentation.
• Lead and develop sales engineers and technical specialists to achieve business goals.
• Partner with customers, engineering, and global Siemens teams to drive satisfaction, innovation, and digitalization.
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or technical support (electrical/automation field)
• Proven experience in team leadership and customer-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, protection, or automation systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (required); Ukrainian
