A Day in the Life
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be a key player in our Operations team, responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of our Distribution Quality System (SQD). You'll ensure all warehouse processes meet L'Oréal's high standards, working on-site at our partner's warehouse in Dudarkiv (Kyiv region) several times a week. Your future team is a friendly group of 10 specialists who work closely with external partners and internal departments like Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

In This Role, You Will
- Drive Quality Systems: Lead the coordination and updating of the Distribution Quality System (SQD) at the warehouse, formalizing and communicating quality requirements to our 3PL partners through training and audits.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Assure the quality of all inventory operations, including receiving, storage, co-packing, and transportation, while monitoring performance through KPIs.
- Problem Solve & Improve: Manage claims with factories, clients, and suppliers, analyzing root causes and developing corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on Key Projects: Participate in updating the business continuity plan and contribute to the Group’s sustainability projects (L'Oréal for the Future).

You're a Great Match If You Have
- A higher education in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in an operational role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy in your work.
- Experience working both independently on projects and within cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English (B1 level or higher).
