Quality Assurance Manager in Audit

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality audit procedures in accordance with our internal methodology and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Analyse audit evidence, document findings, and identify potential risks and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally with German audit teams regarding the execution of audit procedures, clarification of requests, discussion of identified issues, and agreement on next steps. Maintain effective collaboration with international colleagues while meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Coordinate project teams by allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support throughout the audit engagement. Mentor junior team members, contribute to their professional development, share practical expertise, and promote best practices across the team.
Perform quality reviews of completed audit procedures and working papers to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, methodology requirements, and International Standards on Auditing. Provide constructive feedback, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure a consistently high-quality final deliverable.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of audit experience within an international or local professional services firm.
Strong understanding of the external audit process.
Practical experience applying IFRS and/or ISA.
Knowledge of HGB would be an advantage.
Upper-Intermediate level of English or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and colleagues. German language skills would be a significant advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
